Two CBS Kilkenny students are very proud members of Kilkenny Hockey Club’s Men’s First Team who kicked off their journey in the EY2 League, the second tier of the Irish Hockey National League, last weekend. They played their opening away game against Railway Union, finishing in a 3-3 draw, with a great first point for the team.
This Saturday, February 1st, Kilkenny is set to welcome Bandon to Loreto Kilkenny for their first home game of the season. With a 2pm start time, the team is eager to build on their opening performance and bring the home crowd into the action.
We are very proud of our two students, Riain Delaney and Sean Corbett, and we wish all of the team the best of luck!
